Any role, any industry
We'll build it for your role.
Same structure, same scoring — built around the role you are actually hiring, on a 30-minute call.
What is inside one
A scorecard is not paperwork. It is the decision.
Unstructured interviews are where charisma beats capability and everyone remembers a different conversation. Every template runs the same three tabs.

Q&A Guidelines
One question bank for the role, held in a single place. Edit a question here and it changes on every candidate scorecard at once — so a hiring manager cannot quietly rewrite the questions halfway through a process and break the comparison.
- 02
A scorecard per candidate
Score each requirement out of 5 against the warning signs written next to it. 5 is strong, 1 is weak, and the sheet averages it for you. Then commit: yes, no, or maybe on moving them to the next stage.
- 03
Consolidated results
Every candidate side by side, colour-coded. A red band across one question tells you something — either the question is wrong, or the market you are searching does not have that skill. Values are scored separately, and a candidate who fails on values does not pass on a good average.

A template is a starting point. Don't wing the interview.
The difference between a great hire and a regret is usually the interview. Thirty minutes, bring the role, and we build the interview structure and scorecard around it — in your hands before you sit down with the first candidate.
